Backwash Shampoo Bed Chair Unit Salon Ceramic Basin

The unit itself is really pretty. However, I'm so disappointed with the details. There was no cushion for the headrest, which is another 40 bucks from another seller. The sprayer is cheap, I mean cheap, plastic. Extra money to replace. I thought it would be ok at first and I could replace it later. Here's the big problem, it was listed as having all the plumbing fixtures, which is why I went with this unit. Oh, it does indeed have them. Only they are all metric, which is not comparable with US standards. And the drain tube was the thinnest cheapest, not trusty, plastic tube. There's no way it would hold decent water pressure without exploding. So now I have these beautiful shampoo units that can not be installed until I have the new parts. ( which by the way, cannot be found at local hardware, must be ordered) I am extremely disappointed! I bought two units and am now spending over 300 dollars more just to replace all the crappy parts!

So comfortable! I can actually SIT behind it while I do a scalp massage. No more pillows to prop clients into a reclined position yay!My only negative comment is that the arms look like 1985 lacquered furniture lol! The comfort factor is worth the not so awesome aesthetics in my opinion.

Nice unit- the footrest slides, wish it were attached to the unit.

After two months of use, we can tell these sinks are sturdier than they seem!! Works fine and excellent quality service.Definitely plan to shop there in the future

I'm wondering where these beds were made they are entirely too short and small and our contractor asked me if they were refurbished they had numerous blemishes. The design looked slick but then there was loose stitching in the bedding as well. Quality was not a priority in the manufacturing of these beds, look elsewhere.

It is not a good shampoo bowl, it is too low, also the chair is not comfortable
