I would try this again
I used an electric griddle to make these and they were pretty good. I would buy again!

Taste is "meh"
Pancakes are gummy and sticky. Not unpalatable but not great. I originally bought it to use on a camping trip, and it's too messy for that.

Produced in a facility that has egg, dairy, and soy
My child has anaphylactic allergy to dairy and eggs bought because it was vegan. Read through the entire page and saw no indication that this is produced in a facility that contains eggs and dairy. Luckily I read the box when I got it. Unfortunately I am unable to return the product.

Easy to make.
I like this product-it could not be easier to make. Just add water and stir! It comes as a sealed bag within a box and when I first cut open the bag-the banana fragrance was quite strong. I was worried the product would taste like artificial banana flavouring. However, the scent is stronger than the taste. I am hoping the banana flavour is all natural and not artificial. I cannot tell when a company just writes "natural flavour" on the package. I do like the fact they are a Canadian company and the ingredients are simple and vegan. Note: They do have sugar included right in the mix. Whenever I make homemade pancakes, I do not put sugar into the batter so I wonder why this ingredient has to be there (?) They would be great with just the flour, baking ingredients and the flavouring. I find these pancakes are best cooked on low heat and slowly. If you turn the heat too high, the sugar in the mix will darken/burn the pancake before the inner part is done. If you do not cook them slowly enough-the outer part will be brown/ready but the inner part will remain gummy. Low and Slow. I think I will try other varieties this company makes, if they have some without added sugar. I had to order 2 boxes minimum (of the same flavour) for the order/shipping, but the expiry dates were long.

Overwhelming Fake Banana Smell, but they taste GREAT!
I love bananas, but the minute you open the package you get this overwhelming artificial banana smell, like it assaulted my nostrils...it was very strong and off putting, however when they are cooking it smells like a banana funnel cake, and the banana taste isn’t as aggressive as the smell. I would’ve given it a 5 Star, but the initial smell is too much and too fake, but they taste great. Overall I think this is a tasty product.

Great banana smell!
They're pancakes. Nothing new about pancakes except the banana aroma. Which is most noticeable when you first open the package. The uncooked (batter?) tastes really good too. Hopefully the price will come down a bit as people start to care more about healthier eating! Any Gwen Stefani fan will LOVE these! No Doubt about that!

SO GOOD
I was surprised when I opened up the bag at how much this stuff actually smelled like banana!!! It tastes like banana too! SO GOOD! I can guarantee that unless they come out with more flavours this will be the only pancake mix I’ll EVER buy. I didn’t buy it cuz it’s vegan I just bought it for the flavour. I’ve tried it with both almond milk and regular milk and both times it was sooooo good 🍌 💗 highly recommend. It’s a bit pricier than normal pancake mix but well worth it
