Coffee Art: Creative Coffee Designs for the Home Barista Kindle Edition

Really cool book and the instructions are so thorough and clear (completely illustrated) even I can do it. Many very cool techniques allow even a beginner with zero experiance to impress. Many many designs and the book is set up in a way where if you start from page one, and the first design moving to the end of book, you get better as you go. Starts out easy then just adds a new technique to what you already learned on the next and more advanced design. Very easy learning this way. Though really the instructions are so good that if you follow closely you could do any design (you just refer back for the steps ) and it will look like you already know what you're doing. (You probably just won't remember how you did it.) Love it and highly recommend.

This book goes from level 2 to 100 by the third page! Too difficult for me. I like the intro and learned about how to get started, but it goes too fast after that. The latte art designs are great and the step by step instructions with photos are nice, but just too high of a level for me. This book was not written and designed for beginners.

I ordered this as a gift for my dad because we have been trying to figure out latte art. This book has lots of pictures and descriptions to make fun designs which is awesome! My only problem is that it lacks detail on how to get the right texture of the milk which we have been struggling with.

Guess it wasn’t what I was looking for got more out of one YouTube video. The art is just too in-depth for a beginner. I’m new to making fufu coffee so wanted simple and more art. I just thumbed through it may like it more as I read more. It just didn’t capture my attention initially. I like the apparently milk& chocolate combo shown being poured but couldn’t find the how to. If I like it when I read page to page I’ll update but not seeing anything impressive yet.

I would have loved if this book gave more detailed instructions (and troubleshooting) for those of us just getting started with latte art. This book assumes you already know how to steam milk and pour the right way, only giving a few tips at the beginning.

I bought this for my friend who is a barista. I love the little book! It has beautiful designs. He liked it very much as well, it has pictures that walk you through each step. My friend doesn’t even speak English but it’s very self-explanatory.

Bought it as a gift for a coffee art lover and the book is well presented and around A5 in size.My only issue is that it was delivered with a stain at the bottom of the pages... It made me wonder if the book was new or used!

I love this book and can't wait to make coffee for someone other than myself. I've learned how to create some designs on my own which can't compare to the ones in this book. Very happy that I brought it for me and one for my granddaughter who is just getting into coffee and cooking. Exciting.

The book is about A5 size, with 60 designs. As a barista in training, I was a bit put off that basic patterns such as the heart or rosetta was featured in the book when people could just go on YouTube or Instagram and figure it out themselves. Then I remembered the book also aim for latte art beginners. I needed more free pour patterns. However, the 3D and etching is definitely worth adding the book into a coffee lover's book collection. I had to follow Dhan on Instagram so I could get to see more insane free pours as the book couldn't capture everything.

I am in love with this book!The size, the pages, the way its formatted everything! Definitely recommended to all barista lovers.

Lovely latte art designs with a clear laid out structure of how to achieve them. Definitely worth checking out the authors Instagram for some more ideas!
