Update: Just wanted to update my rating from 2 stars to 5. After contacting Customer Services problem was solved. There was a server overload during the weekend at Neos HQ, as a consequence, it led to delayed notifications.+ Small and compact+ Great video quality+ Live Stream works great+ Ability to add a memory card for local video storage+ Flat cable (which lets you squeeze through door frames etc. without the need of pre-drilling holes)~ Cable a little short~ Cam shows up as ”Disconnected” in the app, although If I click on it, Live View works without any problemsFor £19.99, it completely suits my needs! If only I've found this company sooner because if you get home insurance with them you get a Camera and some other gadgets for free!! Ohh well, I hope next year this company will be still around and prices still will be this affordable!
