Works well with a separate foot switch for turning pages in OnSong on my iPad 2. It's a bit finicky to pair with a different device, and you have to keep the battery charged periodically, since it's not field replaceable. I wish it had a AA battery instead of being sealed. Otherwise it works well. The internal battery lasts almost two months with about 3 hours of active use on Sundays.

i agree with those who say the micro USB charging port is not well mounted. I am buying this separate B106 to replace the one that came with my duo because the micro USB port came off when I plugged in the charging cable. Not a sturdy device at all. I’m tempted to never unplug the charging cable on the new one.The device pops apart fairly easy though so you could replace the battery if you are good with tools. From my point of view a better change would be easy. Reattaching the micro USB port is another matter. There is no screw or post or anything similar to give the port any strength. Just three small pads that the port is soldered to. I didn’t put much pressure on the cord at all, just enough to attach the cable but the port popped right off and took one of the traces with it. Impossible to repair. Maybe the new one will be better made but I doubt it. If it is I will edit my review. But I know of nothing similar so I’m ordering another one.

this is a piece of garbage. I used it once for a live performance and a handful of times during practices. The charge was "ok". After the few times i had to charge it, the connector inside the unit came off and just rattles around inside the housing. I e-mailed their customer support (good luck finding a number or getting anyone on the phone) and never received any response - so their customer service is about as good as the product. I'm not hard on my equipment but this thing is made really cheaply and didn't hold up after a handfull of times being used. Really disapointed especially since i couldn't get in touch with anyone to help me out. Garbage, dont bother...

Because of the user interface -- two buttons and a single LED that blinks red, green, and sometimes orange -- the BT-106 is a really frustrating device to use. I think it might be the only battery-powered -- rechargeable, not replaceable -- device I own that does not have a batter-level indicator.As has been previously mentioned, bluetooth pairing can be a maddening experience.Mine is paired with the AirTurn Duo footpedals, which are may 96% effective in turning the page. There are times when I step on the pedal and nothing happens.

This little black box works a treat though I did have to pay extra for two short cables to use for the 2 x BOSS fs-6 foot pedal.Simple to use it comes pre programmed for the foot pedals. The manufactures claim 100 Hrs of standby use between charges.Via USB

Works well but does need hard button pushes to work. For some reason when connected it disables the keyboard on the iPad which is really annoying if you want to make a quick script edit.

I use this for presenting and page turning sheet music. Very powerful little device. The best one I've ever had like this.
