The sizing for this product is very wrong! It said a Small would fit someone 5’3”-5’11”. I’m 5’8” and even the longest setting was still about 5 inches too short. I was going to return them but ended up just giving them to my boyfriend who is much shorter than me. The quality of the leather isn’t great but these are fairly inexpensive so my expectations were low. If you aren’t adjusting the straps much, they shouldn’t wear out too badly. The clasps are the best feature. They are sturdy and stylish. I would probably buy them again but I’ve got no idea how to size them now.

Great quality and too long if your body does not have a gut to pull up. I am 6' at 180 lbs and have no problems seeing my pants zipper or my shoes. So I had to punch a hole about 4 more inches shorter than recommended. I understand that typically a man wears these due to an unhealthy lifestyle. No me as they were purchased to assist in moving the weight from my gear belt from the waist to my shoulders. After over 30 years of feeling like a cork I wanted a professional appearance to go with my uniform when in view of the public as well as not to take away from my appearance to have that professional look. These have offered exactly what I have been looking for. Now keep in mind that my gear belt weights over twenty five pounds and is worn somewhere between 55 to 65 hours per week.

I suppose these are well constructed and so on, but as some have pointed out, the sizing is wonky. I'm a hair over 5'10 and...well, plump, to put it mildly. I assumed, then that I would need the max size for men 5'10-6'4, especially since so many fashion designers assume all men have David Bowie's proportions and I would need some extra room. As it turned out, though, the max size seems to have been designed with Shrek in mind; even set to their shortest, the suspenders had so much extra length that they either left my pants hanging absurdly low or curved distractingly away from my body when I pulled my pants up to the proper height. Maybe going a size down would have fixed the issue, but after seeing them in person, I also thought the all-black look was much too formal for what I had in mind, so I returned them.Bottom line: they're okay, but take the size chart's guidance with a grain of salt and consider other options if you want to look anything but austere.

I have only given maybe three bad reviews to products I purchase on Amazon. Accordingly, I do not normally give bad reviews to products. But, on this productive I must give a somewhat bad review. The item does work as advertised. However the rear clasp broke while I was laying in my recliner taking a nap. I am not even sure how it broke. All I know is that when I got out of the recliner the rear clasp was missing. The product is great for very light use. But, should you want a more functional item, it would be in your best interest to look elsewhere. I did request a replacement item. However, I did order a different and strong pair. I will not be purchasing anymore of these suspenders from this company.

Nice braces (suspenders) for the quality and price. I bought all (3) colors...the two shades of brown and the black ones. All of them came in nice packaging and even with a steel hole punching tool if you need to add more holes! That was a pleasant surprise.The clasps may be a little rigid and stuck at first, so flick the pull back lever a few times to loosen them up. They are not broken...just needs to be broken in.Looks great with dress pants and jeans. Didn't occur to me to get these for my groomsmen for my wedding until I saw the other reviews, but I should have. They make a inexpensive nice gift.I would not wear these if you will be sweating in access, or around direct moisture exposure (rain, mist, snow, etc.) as the dye on the leather could bleed onto your shirt. These suspenders are not waterproof or resistant.

Wow! Skeptical at first bc I'm 5'9 and 250lbs, thought I'd need the taller size to compensate for my belly but fell in love with them as soon as I put the suspenders on! I use a cane & it's difficult to pull up my jeans when like walking the dog, leash in one hand... you get the idea. Disliked the claw type elastic suspenders bc they would snag my clothes or come loose or if ya stepped on a claw connector and bent it well, that's it for that pair. So grateful for these, classy & well designed/built. Mine are Black, I'm absolutely happy to have them, a recent prime subscriber... TY Amazon tooBeing disabled & a cane user, these have been a great blessing and there's room for adjustment as I continue losing weight. Peace

I bought these in June of 2019. I have worn them almost daily since then, and I haven't babied them. I've had them soaking wet, or out in the sun, or crawling around under my hot rods. The paint is largely worn off the clips. I DID wear out the sewing in the part that joins all the straps, but I got out a heavy needle and thread and re-sewed it.However, they disappeared somewhere this week. No idea where I put them. Guess it's time to replace them.

I love love love these suspenders. Because I have very slim hips (32 inches) my jeans tend to slide off even with a belt tightened, so I decided to try suspenders. They work and are far more comfy than a tight belt. These in particular have little hooks that are so easy to work, much easier than the snap type clasps for small fingers and the black leather is so classy looking. If you are a woman like I am don't hesitate to buy these, I am 5'4" tall and weigh 98 pounds and these are not bulky at all.

Gute Qualität zu einem guten Preis, habe den Hosen Träger in M bestellt, da ich 168 cm groß bin und M eigentlich ab 170 cm empfohlen wird aber M war genau richtig. Würde super schnell geliefert und gut verpackt in einem Leinen Säckchen und dann noch in einer PVC Zipper Tüte, kann man also beides schön benutzen zum auf bewahren. Verarbeitung ist auch super, würde Ihn sofort wieder kaufen. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟absolut verdient, für Artikel, Verpackung und Vesandzeit. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Zuerst dachte ich, dass diese Hosenträger zu schmal sind. Doch bei weitem gefehlt. Sie schneiden nicht ein und lassen sich für jede Hose genau regulieren. Die Lederoberfläche hat einen schönen matten Glanz und ist bei Schwarz ganz bis in die letzen Kanten eingefärbt. Passt sehr gut zu Hemden und Shirts. Der Sommer kann kommen.GrüßeMathaeus

Look and feel stunning! Received tons of compliments. Wear them mostly for style more than functionality. Good quality leather, fits great! Will consider brown leather ones in future. All around great experience.
