Evidence Based Physical Therapy

Clinically useful
This book is the text for a class I am taking for my tDPT degree. It is a very concise book that addresses what a busy, working clinician needs to know about EBP. The book is well organized and information is easily accessed. Many text books add fluff and filler to expand, maybe the authors are trying to appear deep, I don't know. As a working clinician I want a book that cuts to the chase and this book does that. It has helped me to understand how to integrate evidence in my practice and it's a great clinical resource to quickly address questions. Again, it's greatest asset is that it's concise. It's also well organized and very relevant.

Great resource for applying evidence to practice
The book is very clearly written with clinical examples, and in-depth questions. If you want a comprehensive book on statistics this is not the book for you, but it is an easily understandable introduction to physical therapy research which will help you to interpret the literature and apply it to your patients

Good material, A little overwhelming with the information, but still a good resource.

Found the poor spelling a distraction in the first several chapters so ...
There were numerous spelling errors in my version of the text. In the first few chapters the writing of different copies of the same year was actually different. Several misprints including the inclusion of a wrong graph.Found the poor spelling a distraction in the first several chapters so I obtained another book for reference.
