This is an interesting little gadget. I think it’s made a difference for some blemishes for me, but don’t know if I’m just better at not picking/letting them heal now or if it’s actually helping speed up the process. Personally I don’t find it very easy to swipe it across my face - I use it after I wash and before I apply any products, so it usually winds up kind of sticking to my skin where I place it. I wind up just blasting blemishes and it definitely seems to flatten them to a degree - then, within a day or two, the site will have dried and the skin over the blemish will be ready to lift without opening up a wound. For the record, I use this when I have small, painful, usually hormonal blemishes - I don’t think it’s doing much for the small textural whitehead irregularities but I also don’t use it more than once in awhile when I have an angry red spot.

Horrible! The glass tubes don’t fit well, too tight. The result is breakage. Within two weeks, only three uses, a glass tube is stuck and broke in the handle. I’m glad I didn’t get cut by the broken glass.WASTE if money!!

I’ve battled cystic acne for about 15 years. I use this once a day for 2-3 min. My acne is completely gone. If i have one that is about to come up, i hold the light on it a little longer. It’s gone the folllowing day! Now i just have some scars to get rid of.Product is fragile. I’ve heard of the glass breaking. To avoid this, i leave one tool on at all times. I have less risk breaking it if I’m not changing out the tools regularly.

The electrodes are too tight for the socket so the result is overexerting yourself to get them in. This can lead to broken glass and cuts on the hand. Will be returning. Packing is nice & the device works as intended. Just not safe to use especially if dealing with clients.

When I received the item one of the glass bulbs broke on the third day of use. So Amazon sent me a new item and I just received it and now it will not even turn on. I have had no luck with these high frequency machines. This is my third on so far. Very disappointed.

The attachments kept loosening up and falling out. Also, I was uncomfortable with the two-pronged plug.

My skin was not good at all! After ONE WEEK of use (3-5 minutes a day) My skin is glowing, acne, and pigmentation has subsided. Very happy that I got this product!

The Project E Beauty system works very well.. I would purchase it again.. Customer service is very good. Delivery was on time even though it was during the holiday season..... overall very happy..
