I had been using a different, very popular brand of cleaner, but just wasn't able to get my bubbler clean. I decided to give Randy's a shot, and I'm glad that I did, because this stuff works! After just a few minutes of swishing things around, but bubbler looked brand new again. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Pros: This product cleaned my piece and it was very easy, I had months worth of guck stuck to the glass. It cleaned my bowl and stem kinda weird and I had to do some extra digging, but overall still cleaned very well.Cons: My box came smashed, I lost 1/4 of the bottle. It also had a lingering chemically oder. Kinda expected it but man the box was ruined and smelled very weird and who wants to touch a wet chemically smelling box.

FIRST: This is one of THE best glass cleaners I've used ever. I heat up my pieces with hot water and I'll swish about half a cup of this inside to get brand new glass in under 10 seconds of shaking.BUTunfortunately there are some gripes. I was informed that this was "just isopropyl & salt" by my local headshop fellow. he is WRONG. this has some chemicals in this that dont behave like iso does. This solution WILL 100% dry out if not used in about a month of opening. I figured if it was like isopropyl, it could just sit in a bag forever. It doesn't. It has multi non-polar ingredients that sit in the liquid like oil on top of water. instead of mixing. You can clearly see your goopy resin film on top if you let it sit. and the price..... BOY O BOY the price. Before Corona, these puppies were $8 per 12 fl oz bottle.... now its $18? Theyre cashing in on everyone not being able to buy cheap cleaning supplies which wouldnt be ~TERRIBLE~ if it wasn't over 2x the original price. Oh well, It does the job regardless.
