It’s a beautiful light but unfortunately one of the glass shades does not fit the chandelier. When I called Amazon to try and get a replacement glass shade I was told that was not an option. I was told my only option is to return it and get my money back or I can get a discounted refund of $25 for the inconvenience. This is unacceptable! All I want is a new glass shade that fits properly on the chandelier.

I’m extremely disappointed in receiving this product. I got two defected lights. I hired an electrician and when he came and prior to installing he said on BOTH of the lights I received, a wire was missing from one side. I couldn’t live without bathroom lights and I had just passed the return period so I had them installed since I already paid him for coming out. Both lights only work with one bulb in each. Looks stupid and I’m so frustrated.

Extremely upset - I checked the light before installing and had someone come out to install. Only once it was installed was it clear the bar is NOT even with the square. There’s no way to adjust and I’m not paying someone to come back out and uninstall and then reinstall another fixture so unfortunately this one has to stay.

My husband was impressed at how easy it was to install and we really like how it looks in our bathroom. He originally put it in with the lights facing downward but we couldn’t open our vanity; so he reinstalled it with the lights up. Super easy and we actually liked both ways.

Purchased the 4 and 5 light fixtures for my daughter bathrooms and they were great. Easy to install and look great! Now just need to get new light bulbs- I prefer the Edison bulbs!

We ordered two and they were both defective with bent holders that couldn't be bent back into place. One of the holders wasn't even screwed in correctly and one edge was dented. Not worth your money. Sent both back immediately.

Nice modern look, easy to return due to broken glass piece but new one showed up fast! I love them!

Looked beautiful but was not the right fit for our dining room/ceiling. Much too close to the ceiling and kind of just looked silly. Ended up returning it and ordering the same light with the extender piece. We get so many compliments on it and is an easy upgrade for any room!

this is a nice piece to add to the bathrooms. its a bit smaller than anticipated, we simply have built our own back plate to make it look more promenent
