Tender Asian Style Sweet Beef Jerky

I've tried many jerky brands claiming to be soft and tender that were not tender at all, or only a few pieces were slightly tender. Every piece of this jerky is extremely soft and tender. Every bite is very flavorful. The jerky contains strawberry jam which doesn't over power the soy and other spice flavors, but gives it a pleasant light strawberry aftertaste. The jerky itself comes vacuum sealed in plastic. The jerky is fresh, and the packaging method helps keep the tenderness locked in. If you wont be consuming all of it in one sitting, you will need to transfer it to a Ziploc bag or other sealed container. The sweet tenderness, of this jerky, is a pleasant change from the more common salty tougher varieties out there.

I was really excited to try this, as I like Asian style flavors and this definitely did not disappoint. The texture is soft and more chewy than traditional beef jerky, but the flavor is excellent. I opened the package and shared with a couple of friends and it was gone in no time. I’ll be ordering more of this.

NOT sweet and too tough to chew.
