Arrived in bad shape and rubbed off my dog's fur
The first thing I noticed when this arrived was that it had what appeared to be scuffs or stains on the microfiber. That really annoyed me, but I decided to keep the collar because I had a family photo shoot with my dogs coming up and I didn't have time to exchange it with an undamaged collar. I planned to cover it with a bandana anyway. For the record, the collar did fit my dog and the hardware seemed well made for $7.After photos were done, I removed the bandana I'd put over the collar and mostly forgot about it; my dog kept wearing it, and it looked festive for the holidays. After about a week, though, I noticed that even though this collar was properly adjusted, it was rubbing the fur off my dog's little neck, both front and back. Again, this was NOT too tight -- I could fit easily fit 3-4 fingers between the collar and her neck.Something about the shape or the material, I guess, was not good for my dog's skin. Had I known I'd really only get a single use out of this, I might have shelled out a few more dollars for one that would last a few years of seasonal wear and not rub my dog's neck bald.

Too small & smells
It’s cute and looks just as pictured, but the sizing is off. My dog’s neck is 9.5 inches. I bought the XS because it said it would fit necks this size & up to 10 or 10.5 inches. Definitely not. I had it on the last notch and it was practically choking my dog. Worst part is that it has a really strong chemical smell, and I’m not usually sensitive to that. But the fact that it has that smell and is made in China makes me a bit nervous. It’s being sent back.

Awesome collar
My 10 month old chihuahua had been wearing a different collar for about 4 months and it created a bald spot on the front of her throat from chaffing. It's only been a couple weeks and her fur is already noticeably thicker. It's also a great size for small dogs and very soft to the touch.

I bought 3 of these for my cats. TIt's a little big for them, but super cute and they seem to not bother them.
