Customer Service sub-par
This camera was easy to set up. Two cameras were damaged, one not working at all and the other intermittently. The manual is written in broken English and not to well put together. I needed help getting the system online, the main reason for a small business security camera was to get alerts and stop theft when we are closed. I called the 800 number three times and never got an answer or a voice mailbox to leave a message; instead they call you back based on a caller ID at all hours of the night, when you're closed (7:00 pm - 5:00am). A message was left the first day to return a call at my convenience which I did. The second day no voicemail was left. The only other contact option is to email a Hotmail account and there is no website. Based on the times of the returned calls and the voicemails left on our system & how the manual is written, you are clearly not dealing with a US based or professional company. I didn't feel like having to go through this convoluted contact situation every time I need help so I have returned the item.

Clarity awful, cameras just stopped working one by one. DISAPPOINTED!
Worst camera system ever! Not clear! Cameras one at at time died. NOT worth the money!! Extremely dissatisfied!
