I bought this dress to take on a recent vacation to Key West, and I absolutely LOVE it. I am not a dress person but wanted something resort-ish. The cut is SO flattering and feminine. I am 5'5", 155# and normally wear a size 10 / 12. Amazon suggested Large, but I ordered Med. With a touch of spandex in the stretchy fabric the dress is perfectly form fitting up top for a sexy fit, yet swingy and flirty at the bottom. (Large would have been too big). I love the high / low hemline, and it looked adorable with white cowboy boots and a white sweater. It also travelled extremely well rolled up in my suitcase, without wrinkling.

This is a great summer dress when you want a flattering fit that can tackle the heat, and something a step up from super-casual that can easily be dressed up for a nicer event or worn as a casual piece. The material is thin - possibly too thin for some lighter colors (not a problem with red) - and very lightweight, which gives it a lovely flow and flutter. However, the lightweight material is also cotton and a) wrinkles significantly and b) doesn't stretch. The wrap style is incredibly flattering for nearly every body type, and the skirt gives a hint of sexy without being too revealing (it's stitched shut in the front at about shorts-length so you can avoid any unwanted parting of the wrap.) If in doubt, order a size up as there is no give to the fabric and only a little give to the elastic at the underbust, but otherwise this fits as expected.

Without realizing it until they arrived, I ordered two of the same brand/style dress but in different colors (one solid black, one black/white small flowers). They fit differently and the fabrics were vastly different. The solid black one is extremely wrinkly and would be terrible for travel, which is what I wanted it for. The top of both fit too loosely for me, and I'm not that small up top (shoulders or chest). Black one wasn't quite as loose as the printed fabric one. Further, the black one was missing the tie for around the waist. I'll be returning both and getting a smaller size of the printed fabric one, as that one would be PERFECT for travel--no wrinkles. Just too big up top. Hopefully the smaller size fixes that. If you don't mind ironing and are top heavy, the black could be a very good dress for you. Thin and flowy, which is what I was hoping for. Neither seemed see-through, which was a concern when I saw how lightweight the fabric was. The printed one was disappointing in that the trim thread was black and not white as pictured. I really liked the pop of the white in the listing.

So, this is a more brilliant red than I expected, so I wanted to share photos for full disclosure. This dress is very comfy! It’s a looser fit, and is nice thin fabric. It’s not see through, at least with what I wore underneath. I’m 5’4”, and the back does almost touch the ground a bit. I wore flats with it and wasn’t stepping on it at all. The top fit well in a Small, but I did pin the v-neck closed a bit more, since it was gaping more than I’m comfortable with. It’s a faux wrap, so it’s not adjustable otherwise. It’s a pretty summer dress! Totally recommend!

I read the reviews, and hoped for the best, and ended up returning the dress because it just wasn't going to work for me.The pros, it's a gorgeous color (I got the emerald green), and it is a flattering silhouette for a plus size (16-18) woman.However, it did not work around the chest for me. It technically 'fit' but lay in such a way that it wasn't going to be wearable without wearing a chemise underneath, or maybe adding a snap, or maybe both, and certainly generally reworking the bustline, and for the price that just felt like way too much work. It might have worked better on someone a little taller (I'm 5'3"), because it might have just laid nicer if you had a few extra inches.It is also very lightweight fabric. One of the reviewers mentioned this, and whatever you think the lightweight is, it's probably lighter than you were expecting. It would work fine over a slip, or possibly as a summer beach dress. It didn't seem particularly sheer to me in this color (at least not in the house), but it was a very light weight fabric.The color was fantastic, the overall dress just wasn't a match for me.

I never order clothes off of Amazon and I never leave reviews, but I love this so much! It’s a size small navy polka dot. I’m 5”1 and almost 135 pounds. It’s hard to find things that fit right for curvy girls. The fabric is soft and flattering. It pulls over your head and has a little give. It feels like a quality garment. Amazing!

I love this dress for so many reasons. The cut is flattering, print classy, comfortable, nice flowy fabric, lightweight natural fiber blend, great for casual to dressy depending upon shoes bag and accessories. Size S fit me perfectly at 135 lbs -36D 28 38

The quality is good on this dress, it's really cute but not for my body. I'm taller (5'7) and don't have that large of a chest making this look like a curtain on me. It has a nice waist area to give your body shape, but the sleeves - because of my shoulders - can look funny. The back of the dress goes down to about the ankles but the front closes together higher up. The pattern is super cute, dress was nice but it unfortunately wasn't my style.

Cozy , yes a little thin in material. But super cozy and hides all the things I want! Was a little skeptic when people said the neck was too open/big. But I did not find that to be. I don’t have much uptop , and I was fine with it

The dress was the perfect colour! It fits true to size and is the perfect length. The front is more low cut than I was looking for but I tacked it in. The belt was a shade different colour from the dress and the dress wrinkled very easy. Overall for the price it was a good purchase!!

Lovely material but size is not as measurements charted too big but gave it to s friend who is a size 16 and I ordered dor 8/10
