pain relief, yea!
I have reviewed this product half a dozen times. Those with back pain problems will welcome this product, even though it is a one use product. It sometimes lasts longer than the time listed on the packaging. The user of this product here might not be alive any more, if not for the pain relief this product offers. Caution, don't burn your skin in your sleep.

Not like I remember
Have used two so far. One was really defective and didnt get warm hardly at all. Now using a second one. Heat about 75% of what would be helpful. This brand worked for me in the past. They have decreased the size of the heated area and decreased the heat (did someone sue?). Have a few and will use up but wont re-order.

Makes life almost tolerable during PMS
I use these to help manage my severe PMS cramp pain so I can function. They are just the right amount of heat, last 8 hrs and stay in place. I can wear the heat over my back or abdomen and I just rotate it as needed. Although generally discreet under my clothes, there are times I’m afraid the white wrap shows and to the untrained eye, may look like you are wearing an adult diaper/brief. Would be better if came in black. This 9 count was a good buy and keeps me stocked for a few months.

Excellent ....... one does not need to take pills, if you put one of these on, when you notice your back is starting to bother you.

Get a Better Night's Rest!
I've got three bad disks in my back, which pain me the most when I'm in the chest up (supine) position in bed. The heat this item produces let's me fall asleep before the pain has a chance to keep me awake half the night..

Great for overnight warmth
These are wraps with a 'velcro' like closure. Adhesion is not a feature on these so gave 3 stars as it is not reagent. Comfort 4 stars as the band could be made a bit more comfortable and less likely to roll and bunch up. BUT, they last a long time, plenty for putting on before bed and keeping warmth through an 8 hour sleep.
