Well I wasn't expecting this cream to help me much. I thought it would help me for a few hours or a day, but to my surprise, it turned out to be an excellent cream. I use it every other day on my knee, and today I feel my confidence coming back that I can walk. I have not use my cane for two days now. My only disappointment with the cream is, I think for the price, the amount of ounces could be increased a bit. Otherwise, it is one of the best I have used so far. I was very surprised by the result of Therma Mend. I believe it is probably a month now since I received this cream. I have no pain and i hope that I will be pain free in the future.

I purchased this for my sister and she was very pleased with how it helped her shoulder, back and neck pains and she also said that she's sleeping much better now too.
