Great for fishing
I bought this two years ago. I was concerned about having the clip hanging out of my phone all the time. I thought it would be irritating, but it doesn’t bother me at all in my pocket.I bought this tether after I dropped a phone into the water while taking it out of my pocket. Now I use it all the time when I’m on the pier or fishing. It keeps my phone safe and I don’t worry about dropping it in the water at all.The tether is secure and the cord hanging out of my phone has been in and out of pocket multiple times a day without fraying. I’m planning to buy a second one to have on my fishing lanyard at my other house

Love it
I originally brought one of these a couple of years ago to take on my vacation abroad. I used it to keep track of my phone. I kept my phone in my jacket pocket and then attached the latch through my button hole. I could answer and use the phone without fear of losing it or someone pick pocketing it because it was attached to me. I now use it all the time so I brought another one to store away just in case the seller stops offering this item. I love it.

Cool but can be irritating after a while.
Got this to secure my mobile. The main issue with this product is that the coiled plastic lanyard tends to wrap around itself like it used to happen with old disc telephones. I ended up getting a paracord laundry which despite being coiled, it me we entangles like this one.

Not the greatest
I was expecting this to be heavy duty and easy to do. Well, my friends I assure you neither is true, It does come with a bunch of pieces, but there is no instructions, and none of the pieces seem to go to the same thing. This is very confusing. There is a bunch of little metal rings, a plastic leash that isn't well constructed, the sticky square that is 3m, and some of the little loops the you can attach - with the plastic pieces on one end... But those do not connect to anything and just seriously does not make sense. There are some carabiners, but they are not very good quality. Maybe if it came with instructions, but seriously this makes no sense!

Best Gadget
I have a tendency to walk off and leave my phone, pull it out of my pocket and it gets away, take pictures and it gets away. I work outside in the wind, rain, heat and open trenches. This hooks right to my belt loop and now if it gets away, it doesn't go far. I haven't left my phone behind since I got it either. No issues with my phone case either. Glad I got this

Good buy
Lightweight. Easy to do. Not in the way of charging port. Slides into pocket. Yes, it's not really that strong. Lasts about 6 months. Have tried other types, including a harness. Husband didn't like them at all. If he doesn't like it, he won't use it. He's not into extreme sports. Just a 72-y/o man who sometimes lays his phone down and forgets it.

Can't lay flat on phone
I can't believe there's not one review saying how it can't even lay flat because the rope for the lanyard piece has to go through the hole so the rope sits on the bottom we're the 3m tape is seems like these reviews are all BS seeing how no one even mentioned this at all it's kinda necessary to lay flat or will lift easily off the phone without a complete seal

Nicely done solution :)
I used this for my 2020Census phone. (Yeah, I was one of those). The device kept me from dropping my Govt Phone while I was fumbling through forms and such. Also, it kept someone foe thinking they could grab it and slam the door.Lasted all through my gig and still working fine on MY phone :)

It's ok. The end clips are fiddly to use.
