Fast Frames Military Name Tape Frame

The product I received arrived with one side crooked and unable to clamp down on the material.

Bought one of these a while ago and worked fine on the PR1000 Brother Machine. It was designed to fit on one of the notches on the A Frame (Meaning it was the same length as one of the hoops that the machine comes with). Today if you bought it the Frame is about 1-2 inch smaller and the machine off-centers the design on the name tape either too far left or right of center. Now when making name tape you have to adjust where you cut so you have equal ends. Second the clips that come with this Frame comes only as a single one where they used to sell it with as a pair to hold up the bars so you can adjust the material through. The clips are also completely redesigned....Horrible quality. Very upset with their new production. I recently just bought a Hooptech....Yes I send twice the amount because I was completely dissatisfied with it....and also I needed a new frame for my new 3rd Machine I bought. Hooptech = GOLD! I guess I shouldn't be saying this but this company really pi**ed me off after talking to them and hearing their BS.Cliff Notes:This frame will work, but is a Headache!!Spend the extra money get a hooptech and you'll be grateful you did. I have sped up production 3X with it (PR1000E Brother user here).
