Good product & service
The item arrived at my house earlier than I expected; so,I wasn't home to receive it. The carrier called me and made second delivery. I finally received it. The item was in very good condition and has high quality. I believe I paid a reasonable price for it, since I have been very happy with it.

How do I like my new shampoo bowls
The shampoo bowl it self is beautiful! However,the knob and the nozzle is awful. I can not use one of my shampoo bowls because one of the nozzles is broke.Therefore,I have to search for one that fits. Do you have just the knobs and nozzles?

Head rest all moldy
The head rest is wooden with sponge then the material. What happens when water makes contact with wood? Underneath was all molded. U don't want ur clients laying their head on that. If u purchase this unit theirs rubber head rest that u can replace it with. Other than that everyone that walks into my salon are really amazed of the contemporary design

Easy looks good
Love this in my retro studio...easy to get into great for waxing eyebrows, and the chair is not attached to the backwash...so if someone needs a chair I can use one...

DONT INVEST IN THIS UNIT
VERY CHEAP QUALITY, THE BACK OF THE UNIT HAS EXPOSED WOOD, THE WOOD IS RUINED AFTER JUST FOUR MONTHS OF USE. ITS PERFECT FOR THOSE THAT WILL NOT USE IT, RATHER BUY TO KEEP AS DECORATION!
