Clean up was a breeze.
It is used every day and still looks brand new, with no problems with dyeing, melting or mat wear. When I use them, I cook most of the items at 375 degrees and use them up to 400 degrees multiple times. So far there is no problem.I use one mat for cookies and the other one I used for meats and whatever other Savory dishes,Such hygiene.Cleaning is super easy, with just a sponge or washcloth and your normal dish soap.besides food sliding easily off the non stick surface, that they help protect all my baking sheets and such.Great for the price and I definitely recommend.

Better than foil
We have seen these silicone mats before and wondered how good they are. I was a bit unsure with them going in the oven but so far so good. There is no chemical smell or anything on the food or in the oven and the non stick factor is reasonable. Not as good as a brand new non teflon pan but better than bare tin foil.Havnt tried cookies on them yet which might do well and you would have to get through a lot of foil to make a cost saving but i guess it helps the environment to wash and reuse these instead.

Good quality but a bit too large for my baking trays
This is great quality Silpat especially for making Macarons. The only reason why I’ve marked down a star is because I have lipped trays and the mats are slightly too big for them. As the silpat is quite thick if I attempt to use all of the template the batter on the edges of the template droop towards the middle, so the batter bakes up a few wonky Macarons i.e. without a flat base. I don’t particularly want to buy new trays so will use the trays upside down next time to see if that will help resolve this.

i don't have to waste time drawing circles again!
it saved me so much time because I don't have to make my own templates anymore. Sprinkle a bit of flour so it is easier to peel off the macarons, and soak it in soapy water for a few minutes for effortless cleaning. I am giving it 4 stars because it came so late I almost returned but it came in the morning of the day I need it, but it stressed me out waiting for it for days.

Better than expected.
I use mine for fusible applique and its brilliant for that. Got my second one to try when I bake next time. Price is competitive and the size is large.
