Gets to your JK Synergy ball joints with RCV shafts.
I had a shorter grease needle that I couldn't get to reach into the lower ball joint flush grease fittings on my synergy joints. With this longer tool, I was able to pump grease into the lower ball joints without taking anything apart on the Wrangler.

Did not work for application
I bought this after looking online what tool I needed to grease the front double cardan joint on a 2018 Dodge 5500 series. Unfortunately I could not get this to work. Seems like it needs a slightly bent end with a skinnier needle

bulky & messy
I needed a grease needle to get into some deep grain cart bearing and there is not a chance of this large "needle" sneaking back there. Besides half the grease ends up on your hands. I will be in the market for another grease needle.
