I made laddoos out of it, with oats & Dessicated coconut, saw a recipe on youtube & tried, it tastes awesome. As this already had sugar in it, i didn't add any more while making the sweetdish, & it was just enough sweet tbh.. It can be consumed just as it is, in that case i found out it was too sweet, not like how dark chocolate would taste without any sweetner.. Or 10-15% sweetner in it.. But anyways i liked it, i liked the way it tastes, but if u r looking for dark chocolate, or 90% cocoa slab, unfortunately this isn't the one.. But overall this was a good choice.

Good with this price range. Good for baking. Not that good to eat on its own. I used it instead of chocolate chips and in cake batter. Turned out great. Would definitely buy again

The product is very good but the only problem is that it is sweeter and its not at all dark. So please don't go for it if you want dark cocoa.

This is exactly the chocolate I was looking for to make my flour free chocolate cakes. Nice and smooth chocolate to use for baking. I would say the best one available in the market for a reasonable price. Appreciate if they can reduce the sweetness since this is supposed to be dark chocolate.

It is oily, greasy and unlike any dark chocolate compound you would have tasted before. We usually have been buying dark chocolate of another brand, and have purchased plenty of the other brand plenty our home made chocolates. But this brand is bad to the worst. Leaves oily and greasy taste in mouth and throat. Children have refused to have it and now it is up to us dad and mom who have to finish this before we can go back to our usual brand.Bottom line: do not buy it

My sister got the Denali premium dark and milk choclate compounds from Coorg for the first time. It was so delicious that we ate it within days as at that time no one in our family was into baking! Now that I have started baking, I use it in every chocolate cake, muffins and brownies. Denali chocolates add amazing flavour to your baking and can also be consumed just as chocolate!

I’m am satisfied with the product... this doesn’t exactly taste like store bought chocolates but this is good enough for cooking and baking especially at this rate... good product

Okay so I am updating my review. Earlier I mentioned that this does not melt but it looks like there is a process to melt. First you need to bring it to room temperature, then using a spoon mash it into small pieces or junks and then put it in your Microwave for 30 seconds, then whisk it, again for 30 seconds and whisk it till it becomes fully liquid, now the results are much better than before. Got fully melted. Don't overheat because it may get charred, chocolates get burnt very easily.
