I use this machine every evening. It has loosened up my hips, therefore my painful sacro-iliac joints are much better. I love the padded ankle rests and the machine seems to be well made. I would recommend this machine to everyone. It works for me and my husband.

I bought this Chi machine for $ 220.00 in April 2012 and it worked only for 2 months, then it started slowing down and now it is totally dead. There is no customer service for this company, only email going back and forth. They send me instruction to open the machine and fix (which is rediculous...like all of us are technicians..). It cost $ 70.00 to ship it back to Canada ..that's where the returned place is. I am expecting to get full refund....as per New Jersey laws..for defective product and lemon.

Very happy with the chi energizer. although it is not actually the original one, it seems to work to work the same; although with speed choices in a dial feature and more padding for the ankles. Would recommend.

Most disappointing purchase ever. Don't waste your time and money on this useless item. I tried it for three weeks ( twice a day) and saw no benefits and it cost a fortune to send it back. The vendor had me ship it to Canada ($75 to ship) and Didn't even give me full credit. How convenient for them. So disappointed that I will avoid online purchases whenever possible. Don't make same mistake I did.
