with compressed air, you need to size your components based on the flow and usage per dayfor light users, this is helpful, works well, but if you use compressor all day, u will overwhelm this, specially in high humidity areas...for light use, amazing value...works well, recommended!

It is continually reusable since the water can be emptied at the push of a button. I have many air tools and disposable filters are unpredictable. I ordered several for installing on the tool whip lines.

Been using for a while now seems to remove all of the moisture. No desicant required. It is glass sealed at both end with o rings at first I was worried this would leak but so far so good. Uses a simple Schrader valve to empty the condensate.

I can actually see moisture in the glass. Seems to be working and doing its job.

I have a large 80 gallon, 220 volt compressor for HVLP spraying in auto body refinishing. My gun needs 23 pounds pressure at the inlet of the gun which my compressor is more than able to produce. With this filter my maximum psi is 12 which makes the gun spit and sputter. Removed the device and the gun works fine again. I do not recommend the use of this filter for use with auto body spray guns. It is too restrictive on air flow.

I live in central Florida. Hot and humid most of the time. Humidity of 80% is common much of the year. I run several different air compressors, in multiple locations, regularly. I never realized the importance of fan air dryer before I installed this. Installation took a minute. Once I got it installed, it did not take very long before enough water had accumulated that it needed to be drained. I could not believe I have been putting all this water into my air tools.Now, there will be regional variation on the need for a device like this. If you are in the desert southwest, it's probably not such a big deal. However, if you live in the humid south, or southeast, you need this. Whether you know it or not.

Complete trash dont waste your time I bought two and the first one broke not 5 minutes after i opened the thing and i mean broke into5 or 6 pieces. The second one I got put on my air house the correct way and everything and I'm still getting moisture, I couldn't tell any difference at all. NOT A WORTHY PRODUCT.
