STRONG!
These are so much stronger than the usual ones I find in super stores. The ones I recently bought just weren't straight and it was frustrating. These should never sag for my handmade curtains and they have a smooth transition where the join is which made it easier to put n my loops. I'll crochet my loops larger next time to accommodate their larger girth.

Works fine
accidentally ordered wrong size, however instead of using it as a curtain rod, we put it under the bathroom sink to hang cleaning supplies on

perfect for make shift closets.
I used these as rods to hold my toddlers clothing in her closet. I added a shelf in the middle of her closet and wanted a second row to hang stuff but I was left with an odd size that I couldn't find the proper closet poles for at menards. And since I don't own a saw to cut the wooden ones down I just ordered these instead and put one on each side. Worked perfect and was cheaper then closet rods and fit baby hangers better.

Exactly as described!
This worked perfectly in the small window I needed it for! We have an old house that has a non-frosted window inside a shower. We have tried diy frosting products and so far they have all failed due to the heat and humidity in side a shower. I decided to purchase a small spring tension rod, some shower curtain rings, and a cheap opaque shower liner to cut down. Worked like a charm!

Did anyone say cheap?
I guess you get what you pay for. These rods are not well constructed, bent almost immediately, did not hold position, and I don't use them any longer. In fact, the cost was not that much less than what larger diameter and sturdier rods would cost. I would consider these not a buy based upon not sturdy, to small (diameter), and does not hold.

Good rod, with one problem
I've had this about a week to hold up little curtains I am using to hide a storage space in my bathroom. It was a good deal and so far is staying up.My only complaint is that it was advertised as going up to 28 in, but when you get close to that, the middle joint where the two halves meet is so wobbly that you can move it up and down a couple of inches. Doesn't feel that secure. It's also nice because it has a very narrow diameter and I put on curtains that are the kind with grommet holes that it goes through. I had first bought a thicker rod, and the curtains wouldn't go fit on that. If you think you might need this for its maximum setting, I would move up to the next size.

Lettuce Be Honest.. We -Know- This Is Not For Hanging Clothes! 😂
Let’s be honest here, most of us who came here for a rod for clothes know it is not for that! Therefore, I’m not going to give a bad rating for something I chose to do anyway. Even the description says what it’s for (curtains). Some of us wanted to try an inexpensive and less invasive (screws/nails) extender for clothes. Is this the one? Probably not! It is too thin and can barely hold many clothes. Does it hang some excess clothes that I didn’t want to hang in my regular closet? Sure. Is it doing it well? Not necessarily. My hope was that it could fit some excess clothes that I didn’t want to hang in my regular closet, but the problem lies in the fact this rod can barely withstand even the simplest of weight. I have to make sure I evenly distribute the hangers (with the clothes) across the rod because it collapses if I don’t. Also, plastic hangers are lighter than wood hangers, so I used plastic instead (Note: Picture shows my wood hangers). From what I have gathered from reading other people’s reviews, it seems like these rods are meant for curtains that you don’t plan to open or, if you do use them for clothes, clothes that you do not plan to ever touch. Obviously the second part is not really realistic, as one would add and remove hangers with and without clothes, putting pressure on the rod. Using it in your laundry room for drying a few clothes (even cloth diapers) or using it under your sink to hold cleaning products are both extremely smart ideas though (standing ovation for those who did this)! Overall, it could be a good product if used properly. I ordered a thicker rod to try instead.
