They were at least 3” longer than specified. I had to take them to the tailor to have them shortened. That was $15.

They look great and come out of the laundry perfectly. He is 5'4" and the 28" length is just about right with shoes. He has very thick thighs and they are loose enough to be comfortable but not baggy. - Great pant, 4 pair so far.
