Good to have to add weight quickly. The only thing I don't like is the back has two small projections for taking them off the line that constantly get caught in weeds or even the leader line.That is the basic design flaw of this kind of sinker.There are a nice variety of weights and hook to the line very quickly and are removed reasonably well with a fingernail to pry them open. Wrap the line around them a few times then clamp shut and the won't move or come off.They should last a very long time.

This pack of split shots have continuously impressed me. A solid value and easy to use product. Most removable split shots will deform heavily and really not be able to be reused. This product has a solid balance between ease of use and durability. I would definitely purchase again once all the steel heads (read rocks) drag away my lines.One particular good point is that the case it comes with seems to hold up well. I am not TOO careful with my stuff and often have hinges bust on me. So far it's been holding up well to wear and tear!

I don't know if they changed their recipe or what, but these just aren't the same as the old ones. Don't get me wrong, these blow the generic brands out of the water (bullet weight brand splitshots in particular), but if you're expecting the same easy opening, easy closing sinners of the past, these are not it.Also the box is prone to opening during shipping/in your bag if you bump it. Not an issue with the weights themselves but I'm finding little pieces of lead everywhere in the boat.

As simple as it gets with split shots I learned they can make or break your setup. I purchased horrible split shots my last round not knowing how frustrated I was fishing.These split shots were very simple and easy to use. They helped me reel in a nice catfish!The set comes with a nice variety of weight sizes and quantity. They are very smooth when snapping on the line with no movement from casting.Will keep purchasing as I run low on these split shots.*UPDATED 08/02/2018*I will be dropping the 5 star rating a 4 star rating due to the design of the case. I highly recommend to not drop this case at all or you will be cleaning up a big mess of split shots. The case I have dropped no less then 2 feet and opened very easily. I am not sure if this is a faulty case I have but regardless it did happen.

Only a few weights came in the case. Quality sucks too. Had to ask for a refund.

My husband seemed to like them, they were went with his new tackle box I ordered for him for Christmas.

I have been testing a system to water my plans when I am out. This one turned out to be the one!, Cheap, and simple. I added only an extra weight (fishing weights) and the end of the little tubes, so they stick to the bottom of the water container, so I am sure they don't float or rollback. Other than that, this is perfect. I have bought first one of 8, then another of 10 and finally, I added one of 16 yesterday!, I love it!.
