Here are 3 reasons not to buy this.
1. the package arrived with chips in the corners.2. the plywood across that serves as the "canvas" is unglued in places from the frame on the back3. the wood WARPED with my light application of acrylic.I could not be more disappointed. I spent hours painting a custom commission for a client and now have to either try to straighten it out with hardware or start all over.

Fast Amazon Prime Shipping Poor Quality Boards
This is the third order I've had that have been low quality and two are being returned as I write this review. lot's of Lots of holes, tears in the wood and all four were warped and wouldn't lay flat on a table. Getting straight nice edges seems to be an impossibility. You can see where wood putty was used to fix a crack on the surface of one of them and the top is glued on on evenly on one. I don't know who the company is selling these boards but if you want quality look somewhere else. All three orders have been bad and look like cheaply put together garbage from overseas somewhere. US Art Supply has a quality issue with these boards.Amazon was great with their return policy but I actually called US Art Supply (the same company as TCP Global) and after being put on hold over 15 minutes the guy just said, fine leave your feedback, we don't care if you don't like our quality or service WOW!

Well made, high quality. Nice and square, good edges, level. Love it.

The Quality is CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP
This product was meant to be used as a mounting board for photography, but the frame felt immediately flimsy, not sturdy like the ones you would buy at an art store. the wood was chipping off of the front panel (on both frames) right out of the package. and both were shipped with dents or divots in the wood. They did not feel professional at all.The only reason I gave any star is because the shipping was timely. But the hassle of having to ship them back and order from another company is certainly a bummer.

Good Price
I have worked with these boards for years and these are the best deal I could find right now. Out of the 4 boards I ordered two corners arrived pushed in a bit so I will need to do a bit of rebuilding. This is a very common issue when ordering supports online. Otherwise, they are very nice and I will probably buy them again in the future. I am not able to give seller feedback the usual way for some reason.

Check your panel for weak spots before you prep!
I was excited to get my larger panels today. When I prepped my 2nd panels I saw the birch panel had split in two places & had damage at the bottom of the panel. It came wrapped & packed well. A split in my panel allows moisture to get under the panel when using mixed media. Since I prepped it I can not return it. I am really bummed!Update: Company replaces the damaged panel 👍🏽

Medium Satisfaction
As these things go, you get what you pay for. The frame construction feels nice, but the painting top most layer of wood seems to not have been bonded thoroughly to the layer below and makes little bubbles of buckled wood. This would not be much of an issue if you are painting impasto, but if not, it would make for an irregular painting surface. You would have to gesso and sand in layers to get the surface even.

not bad I guess
The product came in a bit bumped and bruised; no protection on the wood panels to prevent damage. The box looked as though it was dragged subsequently scrapes are visible on the bottom edges of the art panels. Not a deal-breaker for me but for some artist it might be. For the price, it was a good deal in my opinion. It looks comparable to the more expensive ones from the art supply store, though I'm not a professional. I did expect a company called U.S. Art Supply to support American jobs but the product was made in China. That being said capitalism for the win!!!
