Outlaw Brothers

One of Yukari Oshima's best films and a nice showcase for her excellent martial arts skills. The plot here is not particularly fresh or compelling and some of the humor is grating, but most viewers will watch this movie for the martial arts, which this film deserves top marks for. The high point is a thrilling, lengthy duel during the finale in which Oshima and actor-director Frankie Chan trade blows with Jeff Falcon and Mark Houghton. The choreography is imaginative and the performers are more than up to the task of pulling off one kinetic move after another. Add in Michiko NIshiwaki as another butt-kicking nemesis and you have the perfect ingredients for an enjoyable martial arts action flick.

A classic girls with guns feature finally out on dvd. Definitely one of Yukari's better movies, maybe even her best. Lots of action and a pretty decent cast. The picture quality is also very good.

I look forward to all the DVDs from Dragon Dynasty, but this release was a let down to me. The action was a little on te dull side. The story was okay, but nothing to write home about.

Step back into the 1980s to the glamerous world of kick boxing Hong Kong style. Great fight scenes and a reasonably good plot about two car thieves. Probably one of the bet KB movies of its time.

Only one thing to say. She fights in heels and a shawl with fringes and makes it look awesome.

Thanks Dragon Dynasty for continuing bringing movies, new and classic to fans who enjoy this movies. Keep it coming Dragon Dynasty!

Top film of its type with the Japanese super kicker Yukari Oshima. Highly Recommended. Its been Re-Mastered and looks great on my 70inch screen.

Si tratta di un'ottima edizione del film, l'immagine è nitida il necessario con appena un pò di grana che si può riscontrare in edizioni comunque di livello (bisogna avere notizie precise sulla pellicola originale per poter giudicare).L'indicazione dell'aspect ratio 1.66:1 indicata in scheda non mi sembra corretta, piuttosto sembra un 16/9 1.78:1, il tipico widescreen dei televisori moderni.Il retro del dvd indica infatti "presented to preserve the original aspect ratio of its original exhibition, enhanced for widescreen tvs".I sottotitoli nella edizione che mi è arrivata sono inglesi, inglesi per non udenti e spagnoli, non olandesi come indicato in scheda.La regione del dvd è 1.Per tutti i fan di Yukari Ôshima è un titolo da prendere a occhi chiusi, presentato in un'edizione assolutamente eccellente.

YAKURI OSHIMA is an amazing action fighter, this is a great film, very good picture and sound....The end fighting scene reminds me of Bruce Lee, but in female form, she is a favorite of mine...
