The first one we received was USED & DIRTY! Obviously someone had returned it but no one at Amazon checked it. I took off a star because of that. I will say Amazon customer service was great and responded quickly to my concerns. We received the replacement before having to return the first.The 2nd one we received was brand new ad packaged as such. It charged up easily and is so great to use for quick clean-ups in the kitchen or other areas with hard surfaces.This is not designed for deep cleaning and won't replace a quality vacuum. But it's great for quick clean-ups when you don't need to drag out the big machine.The suction is strong enough to pick up cat litter and dry crumbs on the kitchen floor, broken glass, or leaves & grass tracked in the door. It is also very light weight, which makes it easy to grab and carry up the stairs. The charge is supposed to last about 15 minutes....I've never run it long enough to drain the battery, so it meets my needs.It has a nice hanging + charging rack that fits in a narrow space. It's next to my washing machine and we only have a laundry CLOSET, not a room. I also like that the battery is separate from the actual vacuum, so I purchased a second one if the original battery stops charging in a couple of years. Too many rechargable items only last a short time, then have to replace the entire unit when the battery is built in.

This vacuum is stopped working after 6 months. Although the light weight and cordless features are nice, everything else about this vacuum isn't up to par. The battery life is extremely short on high power and the vacuum head is flimsy and doesn't provide much suction. This vacuum is best suited for hardwood floors that need to be vacuumed once a week at most. If you have carpet of any height or need to vacuum more rooms than one, I can't recommend this product.

I love this vacuum when I use it everyday. It works great, but it gets clogged easily and the brush needs to be cleaned often on floors with a high traffic flow or that don’t get cleaned as often. It is easy to unclog but it takes time. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for people with long hair or long haired pets. The battery life is not amazing but adequate for two to three rooms on one charge. Over all through I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this product for our dental office since it was small and easy to get into nooks and crannies. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver, but the suction just wasn’t quite strong enough, even on high setting. It’s great for crumbs or salt tracked in, but really isn’t good for dust and dirt packed into a carpet. This is a perfect vacuum for quick pickup, but really isn’t strong enough to be the only vacuum you use or for any deep cleaning. Ended up returning after 2 weeks since just wasn’t strong enough.

I have been using this vacuum for 3 weeks. I wanted everyone to know if you are thinking about getting this vacuum, JUST DO IT. You will not regret. The suction is great there are 3 levels. So you have the option to use less power to save energy or for more if you need an extra boost. The battery lasts. About 15 on the higher suction setting or 25 on the lower suction setting. The head does kind of "flop" side to side but it hugs the curves nice because if this. I love that you can take the dirt canister completely apart and wash it, to maintain that great suction. Also the "beater bar" that spins in the head of vacuum, can be taken out and cleaned super easily. Other vacuums iI'd have to sit down and take the front on my vacuum apart to get to the bar and pull hair, string and other miscellaneous grossness out to do maintenance on my vacuum. I love, love, love this vacuum! It was worth every penny...i really wanted a Dyson because they are an awesome product and i knew I would not be disappointed. But GAVE this WOWGO A CHANCE. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I am recommending to anyone that wants a cordless vacuum at a great price.

Extremely flimsy feeling. Everything is “wiggly“ after put together. Used a week and though the initial suction was ok, it changed after a few uses. I only used for vacuuming bare floors in my home that see little to no traffic. The vacuum often failed to suck up anything bigger than dust. A 1/4” dog food kibble made it to the hall and this thing couldn’t suck it up. I tried using the head unit without the wand or vacuum head and it still failed to do so. Honestly, 2/5 stars. It charges full in about 4 hours, is lightweight and the head swivels to get into corners...otherwise it’s no bueno. Cheaply made.

I had this vacuum for about a month now, and are very happy with or purchase. I usually don’t rush with review. The batter life is sufficient and fast charging, easy and pleasure to maneuver, lightweight, which is a big deal for me, since I need to carry it often on the second floor and to the basement. It’s pretty quite for its power. The suction of the vacuum is amazing and picks up all the dirt off the floors and carpet. The dirt bin is easy to detach and clean. The mounted charging/storage bracket is not taking much space and keeps the vacuum out of the way when not in use. I found in my small bathroom the perfect spot for this new cleaning addition in our home. Highly recommend!

bought it because of the great reviews. Got it Christmas eve. Charged it over night. Would not turn on AT ALL today the 26th. seems not to be charged. trying to charge it AGAIN. extremely unimpressed so far considering the rave reviews. will update tomorrow. Update: it finally charged by the next day. I have been using it but do not recommend it. It does not pick up well on wood floors which is what I primarily have. It leaves a lot of stuff behind that I have to use a broom to pick up with. Also it is not very good on even very low pile area rugs leaving a lot of stuff behind. Save your money and buy a better brand.
