Loudness
The last time I used a fox40 was 10 years agoAnd my memory was that they were loud.The ones I got recently have a sound and level that doesn’t meet my expectations

Meh, just ok
Nothing to write home about. Cheap whistle. Works well enough, but takes quite a bit of effort to get anything more than a medium "squeak" out of it, and if you blow too hard, which is easy to do to try to get a loud "whistle" from it, it almost doesn't whistle. I'd give 2 and 1/2 stars if a could. Can make work but wouldn't buy again.

Good quality
Work just as good as more expensive options. Bought 3 packs for all the pee wee refs we have in basketball and all worked as they should. Definitely recommend.
