Amazing service and great product! The quality of the vinyl was impressive; thick and sturdy, strong adhesive and very pretty pattern. I would have preferred the soapstone pattern to be a bit less glossy for my taste but that's just my preference. I had to return it because dark gray didn't worked with my kitchen scheme as I thought it would. However, I will be ordering a different color and will definitely order from EZ Faux Decor. This is a company that stands behind their product and they made the return process very easy. I have complete confidence in ordering with them again.

This product did exactly what I wanted and needed. It transformed my ugly, old laminate counter in my bathroom into a beautiful slate finish for a fraction of the cost. In order to get the best realistic result, patience and care is needed for the installation; I recommend watching the videos beforehand to learn how best to handle corners and edges, etc.. The heat from the hairdryer nicely seals everything in place once everything is set and eliminated all bubbles. I would definitely recommend this product; I'm extremely pleased!

This is a quality product. Once you have it in place it is an attractive surface that seems quite durable for what it is. But as with any DIY product, there is a learning curve involved in using it properly. Be prepared to make a mess the first time out. Do not make the mistake I made and try to pre-cut your pieces from a template -- much better to follow the directions (!!) and use an x-acto or other craft knife for final cuts. The thickness of the material is both its blessing and its curse -- it is a nice surface once in place, but it is very difficult and unwieldy to work with. It is stiff and difficult to get to lie completely flat without bubbles, even with a flattening tool (I used a squeegee, but would probably recommend something stiffer, like a wallpaper smoothing tool). It is difficult to get it around the counter edge completely flat. My results are okay, but I'm probably going to reorder and redo the whole thing now that I have a better understanding of how to work with this material. Follow the advice of others and take it slowly. I'd recommend doing a test on a piece of scrap material before attempting the final product. It's a good product, but it does require patience and skill in proper use.

I wish I got this wrap sooner ! I always hated my kitchen countertop but wanted to wrap them with something that was high quality. This product did not disappoint !!! It was easy to use and the vinyl was thick and not flimsy. But be careful because once you stick it on it won’t come off. The adhesion is great. I got the largest size to cover my entire kitchens counters and will be ordering more to do some shelves inside my cabinets. I have had this for about a week so far and have cleaned them down without any issues. Just make sure to use a heat mat under anything hot or it will leave a mark. I’m so glad I got it because it was worth every penny !

I did my ugly laminate countertops with this, as a temporary solution until we replace them someday. It was kind of difficult to install alone (as expected), but it looked great. It looks like real stone countertops and is smooth and easy to clean. The difficulty was only because of how sticky it is, which is a good thing, but it can be repositioned. Fast forward a few months: corners are peeling up and cannot stick back down. I spent a lot of money on this stuff, so pretty upsetting cause it did look really good and thought it was a good solution for the time being.

I didn’t have any problems applying the contact paper. It is thicker than normal contact paper! I rolled out and cut the length I needed, then put weight on each end for a few hours to help uncurl it. I had cleaned the surface and let it thoroughly dry and removed the sink before applying. I started in a back corner and I used a credit card and putty knife to smooth out bubbles. It was able to be lifted and placed again until I got my starting point just right. I used a black silicone around the edges to give a finished look and for moisture protection. To me, it was a DIY win.

The media could not be loaded. Loved the wide size and product held up well to minor heat. Recommend a lighter color as white scratches from minor use are very visible. Less than 10 months after installing we needed to remove it. Unfortunately only the vinyl came up with great difficulty and 100% of the adhesive remained on the counter. It is very hard to pull this off the counter! Heat gun attempted with same results. Hours of scraping with goo gone and plastic spatula was required to remove the sticky residue. Only use this if you want a permanent surface. I have actually had easier removal of permanent contact paper by duck brand on laminate countertops. Would not wish this clean up on my worst enemy.

This item looked nice and I thought it would work as a temporary cover for my countertops but it wouldn’t stick in certain places and the entire area around the sink is lifting up within days. I was very tempted to peel it all off put it back on the roller and return it for a refund but I didn’t know if it would be accepted so I guess I will just have to take the loss which is very unfortunate. A woman left a video review regarding a similar issue and said the company refunded her but I can’t find any information on how to contact the seller.

Once I reviewed the instructions and followed the recommendations about using the included applicator (felt side), this product went on with amazing results!!! I feel like I have a whole new bathroom, without having to replace my counters in two bathrooms. I had a little left over so I went outside and covered the glass of the outdoor patio table. Don't know about the rest of you, but I find not having to clean the glass when there is rain or dust ....a relief. A downpour of rain didn't even cause the product to lift or bubble!!! I will order again. Highly recommend this product for any DIYer not wanting to have to go and replace counters!!!

It was awesome and easy and looks and feels amazing. Didn’t want to have to replace countertops. Looked at MANY different options. This was literally. Peel and stick love it !
