Love this for sills and curbs

I bought this instead of the concrete board seam tape the manufacture sold. This fiberglass joint membrane is designed to create a waterproof barrier where the concrete board seam tape does not provide a level of waterproofing. This is also required when using waterproofing membrane because the membrane is only rated on gaps less than 1/8". The proper installation is to paint your waterproof membrane directly on your concrete boards/seams then apply the Kohree Waterproofing Membrane Fabric over the waterproof membrane paint. You should also apply a few coats of waterproof membrane on top of the membrane fabric. The product worked as stated and is a great way to have confidence your shower will be perfect for years to come.

I'm a tile setter, and I use liquid water proofing membranes like Hydro Ban, I highly recommend using a tape like this on most all seams. Takes some time and patience to work with, need to get quite a bit of waterproofing on the seam area and quickly in bed the tape, then use a flat trowel to get it flat, let that dry, then go over with the first and 2nd coats. Worth it all, I've seen what happens when it's not used. Really reinforces the but joint seams.

Make sure you understand HOW to properly apply waterproofing membrane before using a fabric like this one. The fabric itself has absolutely ZERO waterproof qualities itself. It is not a woven fabric mesh like kerdi tape or other branded types. It actually absorbs moisture and had a wicking effect to it. If you do not completely apply waterproofing membrane absolutely perfect, it will get wet and will cause long term issues underneath your tile. Make sure you understand and know the proper application of waterproofing membrane before using this fabric.

I bought this to help make our planter box waterproof. I put this down first then painted the waterproofing over it. It really does the job!!!! Easy to use and its kinda stretchy. I would say its a good buy!

I like using this product when water proofing my shower builds because when you lap your joins there is very little build up and it clings to wall boards to help with installing. I use the product along with Red Guard.

This was perfect for waterproofing my shower with redguard. However it absorbed a lot more redguard than other brands.
