Finally relief in all shoes.
Hallelujah...I have uncorrected flat feet and constant pain. This kit has given me a variety of options at an affordable price and while not a substitute for professional care it's so much better than just the constant pain of total lack of support I usually have. The socks are especially useful as I can slip them on even for things like house slippers or cowboy boots.

I love the 3/4 inserts
I bought this set when I started teaching and ended up spending quite a bit more time on my feet (I work an office job, as well). I've always had an issue with flat feet, but they've never caused me pain. After the first 2 weeks of the school year, my feet started to ache and swell, then stayed that way for the next month. After receiving the package, I used the 3/4 inserts in my shoes and the compression bands (with the gel support) when at home. After about a week foot pain and swelling were gone. I love the 3/4 inserts! I will say, I don't have any use for the small gel inserts (the ones that stick to the shoes); they didn't stay stuck to my shoes and when they started moving around, became useless. Otherwise, everything else works well, and I'm very happy with the product.

Good Deal
The blue inserts are great! As are the compressing bands. I haven't had as much luck with the other items but it's worth it, in my estimation just for the parts I use.
