Have had this for several years, it is just the thing for making smoothies in my classic Oster blender that came with a plastic jar that's bigger than I need.This is the right size and weight, and with stainless steel, the drink stays nice and cold, especially with a sleeve I purchased separately.You get the lid, the blade, and the connector; and separately can also get a milkshake blade that will fit this.

Love it. Fit my 20 year old high quality Oster base and made it look brand new! What a bargain for me as replacing the whole blender would have been several hundred dollars. Arrived in a timely manner, well packaged.

I bought this item, thinking it will be made by Oster. The item I got was a generic jar, very cheep looking, came in a brown box shipped by eBay.
