Has scuff/ dirty marks in them straight out of the box.
Just received these today and they have been worn. They have scuff/ dirty marks on them. Not happy to receive a not totally new product.

The color is not as shown !!
My son was upset because the color was not what the picture shows the bottoms and sides are purple with sparkles !! We did not want Sparkles!! he was expecting blue !! We were wondering if they were women's instead of men's ??
