I like this product overall. The only downside is a back support material. It is a thin cardboard and doesn't provide solid support to back. But for the price it is a great product.

The waist belt is too narrow thin. And the shoulder straps are too bulky. I dont see how could be effective without embracing the Entire back or at least the lower third with these narrow thin straps.

For years, I have been using a foam roller from physical therapy for my back pain and tired shoulders. And even though it helps, it does keep me immobile for certain period of time. Then a friend recommended this product , and I tried it and I think it is amazing! - it is easy to put on, easy to adjust and no movement restriction so you can go about your daily life with great comfort! Soon the pain eased and I felt standing straighter and taller! Due to the nature of my job, I am not able to use it during work hours, but the other day, after a prolonged period of sitting, I really wished I had the brace with me. For those who spend all day slouching over computers, this product is a must!

Very comfortable compared to most. Its easy. To put on and when wearing it provides a lot of relief to my shoulders and back. The support from this back brace is amazing. Im on day 8 of wearing and it and theres a huge difference in my posture

It's too big I ordered a medium and the part that should wrap around the waist ends up around my hips. the straps that just on the shoulder are bulky and uncomfortable. The whole thing is just not what I would think as helpful.I don't see how something like this would help with back pain.

Its certainly helpful, I sit at a desk all day! However, I will say it is a bit bulkier than I expected... the information states that it can be easily worn under clothes... I would say that is a matter of perspective on what kind of clothes you are wearing! My husband says it looks like I am wearing a gun holster :) But it definitely serves its purpose.

This support harness cradled my lower back and really keeps my shoulders back and down. You don't have to cinch this device tight to have it support your lower back and shoulders. Keeping my shoulders and back aligned helped reduce pain and that should reduce the need for pain meds, too. Great value compared to other similar products!
