Q: Cant get nothing to play through usb.. anybody else having this issue??

Haven't had any problems with the usb but the wire remote quit working after 2 days.

Q: What size circular saw did you use to install this? Closest i can find is 3 5/8. I don't want the wrong size hole in my console. Thank you.

That would get you just fine. The portion of the unit that is inserted is right at 3 1/2" and is a snug fit. Since my install was not into metal so I just used a handheld router to cut the hole. Hope that helps.
