I have been trying to quit smoking for over a year now and nothing seems to work. I am extremely stubborn so when I want something I dig my heals in and make it happen , so quitting isn’t all that easy. I found out I have COPD 2 years ago, and that was my biggest motivator and nothing seemed to help, and I’ve tried everything! I took a chance with Fast Quit Smoking and it’s day 3 and I’m excited to say I’m doing great! I rarely have a want to smoke, the cravings are not as intense, I think it’s the habit that I need to work on changing, like after eating lighting one up, or getting into the car, the things I do and smoke. Fast quit smoking is just what I need, it says 7 days but I do believe I’ll take it for a few months just as a safety net, when I quit I want to keep it that way and I believe continuing an extra month or two won’t hurt.My husband is even wanting to try. I've always been skeptical about quit smoking products but I was desperate to quit and I needed help..affordable help. I came across these pills and read the reviews and thought at this point I'd give anything a try. I took my first pill and it didn't take long to notice I wasn't craving a cigarette as bad as I normally would. I'm a truck driver and so for me, smoking seem to be mostly out of boredom mixed with addiction. These pills help with both. It curves the addiction so I'm actually thinking less about smoking, even when I'm bored. Also, the lung cleanser is definitely noticed! You'll soon remember what its like to be able to breathe deep, easily, without issues. But remember, aside from the obvious addition of nicotine, smoking is also a mental challenge. These pills will definitely help but you also got to want to stop smoking and commit to it. But don't panic! With these pills you dont have the go cold turkey (although if you can, then more power to you)! However, you will see a decrease in the amount of cigs you're smoking and with that continued commitment, eventually you won't need or want a cigarette at all. Quiting smoking is the hardest thing I have ever done. As most know, its not just the physical addiction but also the psychological addiction.I used patches to wean off the nicotine, but what about dealing with the stress, the irritation, the "habit" of lighting up whenever I finished a meal, or went on break at work, orwas just bored, watching TV, or had a spat with hubby! (Lol)Well, these pills actually helped me with all of that! Surprisingly, I wasnt sluggish, moody, and didnt "crave" a cigarette!I realized I was on "autopilot" for so many years!For reference, I started smoking lightly at 15 (a pack would last me a week)...smoked regularly between 10 to 15 cigs a day, since I was 18. Full disclosure I was not a "heavy" smoker and more of a puff and blow than a deep drag inhaler. The trigger for me was the car. I could go all day at work without giving it a thought, when around my family never crossed my mind. I get n the car and BAM! Reaching for the pack and the lighter. I tried hypnosis and by the time I walked out to the parking lot I was craving one more than ever before. Given that I do not have cravings and it's more of a stupid habit, I decided it was time to knock this nonsense off. When I first received this product I was eager to try because as all smokers now it is hard to quit smoking. However at first I didn’t feel no change but I kept taking the pills and three days later I feel no cravings to smoke. However it takes will power along with these pills. I say that because I have certain habit with smoking a cig like after eating or using the toilet. Although I have those habits but with my will power and the pills I am close to smoking no cigarettes at all. I am down to smoking two cigs a day rather than smoking 5-6 cigs a day

I'm still using your product and some days it seems to work better than others. I'm almost 58 and have been smoking since I was 13 it's been time to quit for quite some time ... But a EXTREMELY DIFFICULT habit to kick . I do hope this is the one that works for me.
