All the cakes in the series taste great, with the coffee cake being the best tasting. And being gluten free, they are a healthy alternative for everyone in the family. My only complaints would be the lesser amount of ingredients which makes for a pretty small cake. Also, I usually do the egg version, but this time I tried the eggless recipe on the pack and that did not turn out as good.

I bought 4 flavors. Vanilla, chocolate, coffee and red velvet. I didn't like vanilla that much because it definitely doesn't look vanilla colored. Tastewise also it was fine. Chocolate on the other hand turned out to be fantastic!! Coffee is also good. I'm yet to try red velvet. Will update after trying it out.

These mixes are really nice. Cakes are tasty and very easy to make.Two suggestions:1. Please try to come up with some healthier alternative for cane sugar e.g. coconut sugar, palm sugar etc2. Please come up with some pancake mixes as well..

Tasty and healthy cakes in a box. It is a blessing to have such a tasty mix from Serapheena available for restrictive diets such gluten and dairy free.

Vanilla doesn't give much flavour. Once baking is done, it doesn't bake properly. It comes out like sweet.
