Keep coming back
After getting grease ever place {my shirt, pants, etc.} but where I wanted it,I bought a Lincoln grease gun.Went to Amazon, the price was right, and in a few days, received it.I use the grease gun for riding lawnmowers, and my pick up truck, and car.Last summer, the air grease gun broke at work.I grease a payloader every day.Took the Lincoln to work and greased the loader till air grease gun was fixed. There were no leaks on the gun.Greasing a payloader is harder on a grease gun than cars and pick ups.Used 2 tubes a day,no problems bleeding air after cartridge change. If you're buying a grease gun,buy Lincoln, good product, fair price.

Great product
Great grease gun! I’ve been using Lincoln grease guns for about 15 years and have several for different places. This last one I ordered worked great but the coupling just wouldn’t latch onto my zerks. Swapped out new for my old coupling (about 5 years old) and it latched right on so I knew it was a bad coupling from the factory. I’m sure that happens over mass producing these things and will definitely keep ordering Lincoln hand and air greasers, they are indestructible and reliable as long as you take care of them!

Easy to burp the air from Grease cartridges
This is a high-quality grease gun worth the money it's been very easy to change the grease cartridges and burp the air from them unlike my other cheap grease guns I bought in the past

Updated review 12-27-23
Built solid. I use one of these at work in an industrial environment. It holds up well there so I got this one for personal use. *Updated 12-27-23* I bought this grease gun and used it once to grease my truck and the steering on my car. I have not used it since because I have battery powered one but I wanted this one for backup. A friend needed to use one today so I let him use this Lincoln grease gun. He brought it back and said it doesn't work. I checked it out and found out the handle would only go half way down then stop. I unscrewed the handle, cleaned it out and found a spring and a ball bearing. I unscrewed the hose I put on the gun and found another ball bearing. Are you kidding me? This thing is coming apart after one use and sitting for a few years. It is embarrassing that I let my friend use a broken, useless grease gun. He and the people that were working with him were kind of disappointed in Lincoln and so am I because they used to be known for quality but that has clearly changed. They were working in the backwoods here in Florida moving Cypress trees that blew over in the hurricane and the skid steer track came off. Once the track is put back on it has to be pumped full of grease to tighten it up. This grease gun was supposed to be their saving grace but thanks to its failure their day was over. Way to go Lincoln. You sell garbage.

High quality, better than big box tools.
Great to have a quality tool that works exactly as expected. After receiving it quickly and effeciently lubricated my equipment. The thickness of the cylinder is heavier than the cheap type you get at big box stores, thus the threads are better which I expect this to last a long time.

NOT made in USA
I have been trying to look for and to buy products made in the USA and went online to find a grease gun. Lincoln Lubrication gives the impression that they are made in the US, but when I got the product in the mail, it says "Made in India - Engineered and Quality Controlled in the USA by Lincoln...St. Louis, MO". So while I am glad I bought a product from and American company, it is a company that has evidently moved production of its products offshore.Grease gun works fine, but wish it was made in the USA.

Call me stupid but I can't load this thing.
I bought this because I wanted a top quality grease gun but while I was successful getting the initial tube of grease loaded....somehow, it has been all down hill since it ran out. I have not been able to get a 2nd tube loaded w/o grease everywhere. I cannot get the plunger to enter the back of the grease tube properly in large part because the grease tube does NOT extend to the end of the gun tube opening. There is a 1 inch or so gap from the end of the grease tube to the end of the gun tube. IOW the gun is designed for a longer grease tubes it appears because I don't recall this situation on previous guns I have owned. Maybe I have the cup sealing flaps inside out, I don't know and the instructions are useless in this regard You know loading grease guns is something you seldom do really and I can't seem to figure this one out. I am so frustrated with this, I am ready to pound it flat and throw it out.
