A PA in the dermatologist's office recommended this urea cream to me to help get my rough dry heels in shape. I rolled my eyes and wondered how it could possible do that when nothing else had succeeded. I was wrong! This cream is great! I used a generous amount after my shower, massaged it in, and then slept in socks. After a few nights of this there was a noticeable improvement! The smell of the cream is 'different' - there IS a smell and while it's not overly offensive, it's not completely pleasant. But I can't argue with the results and for that reason I'm going to keep on using it. I've very pleased with this purchase!

I had proper callus and cracked heels for about a year now due to low b12 and my husband would constantly comment saying I have sandpaper for feet. This actually got me here. Used it once after shower in the afternoon and wore healing socks over it for 2-3 hours. Superb! Instantly fixed my cracked heels. They aren’t even visible anymore. Going to continue it for atleast a week.The cream is very thick but I didn’t care for it, since I was looking to fix extremely cracked heels that regular healing creams haven’t seem to have worked.Size of the tub is pretty decent.

PLEASE READ IF YOU’RE THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING!!As someone who waited to do her research until after I bought the product and disliked it the second I put my hand in the cream I was confused as to why it was super sticky and super thick and sort of chalky…40% UREA CREAM IS HIGHLY CONCENTRATED so it is more likely to leave your skin feeling a bit chalky. If you don’t like that feeling or look on your skin try a 5-10% urea cream which you can get at most stores like target, Fred Meyer , Walmart, even safeway etc….Now that I’ve been using the cream it definitely has hydrates my skin and definitely seen the redness that comes along with my KP go down a little and will write a fuller review after purchasing a second bottle!

This enamel urea cream is a great find! It has a light, non-greasy texture that absorbs quickly, so it doesn’t feel heavy or sticky on your feet. I love that it moisturizes deeply without weighing me down—perfect for daytime use or right before bed.It leaves my skin soft and smooth, especially on rough patches or calluses. OMG! Look no further!!!! I was amazed at a review posted in here. This person showed a very thick layer of dry black overgrown looking like skin. The results that reviewer showed were amazing. I been struggling with dry heels for a while now nothing seemed to work. No pedicure and no other treatment would work like this one. My back heel was dry and wrinkled looking like. 2-3 days after using this cream I have soft heels. Even a corn under my foot cured within that timeframe making me return a corn treatment I had ordered from here. Guys this thing will blow your mind just order it!

It works! I use it for my feet. I apply before bed and put socks on. The next day, they’re definitely soft but a bit chalky. I like it enough because it softens like it’s supposed to, but the texture is an absolute sensory NIGHTMARE for me - it feels like paste. I’ve used it on my legs before to try to get rid of my strawberry skin but it was sooo sticky and I hated the feeling of it on such a large surface area of my body. I much prefer the texture of the 40% urea cream from a different brand.

The cream is very sticky. Even after throwing socks in the washer the cream still may not come off, which is why I haven't used the cream in a few years. But I have developed multiple calluses on my feet and was in constant pain so purchased again, and will likely order at least one more bottle, as I do remember it helping at least somewhat.

It smells strong, so I apply it at night. Haven't used it long enough to notice changes in my skin, but it does hydrate. I'm using it on my legs for strawberry skin and on my feet, as they're dry and my heels crack easily. Wash your hands after application, it peeled my palms after leaving it on two nights in a row, learned my lesson.
