This Ariella Hemorrhoid Treatment is the best I have found anywhere. And believe me, I've tried several and spent plenty of dollar bills looking for a solution. I gained a lovely anal fissure after being in a nursing home and doing a poor job getting enough fiber in my diet when I came home. Such constipation! Oi! So I started soaking beans and shopping for products to reduce my discomfort. This Ariella Cream Healing Formula did the trick. Immediately. Such relief. But now my ass hurts again! Because I can no longer get this wonder drug! Please, Amazon, will you restock this again? The individually measured and wrapped gel with special injectors is good too, but it's outside my budget and seems wasteful. I have no problem washing the applicator with a little soap and water to keep my Ariella Hemorrhoid cream sanitary. P.S. It smells wonderful! Kind of reminds me of mud baths at a spa.

There was suppost to be two tubes in a box and when it came there was only one.Pretty expensive for one small tube.Its a dirty way to do a person.

I'm thinking of getting me some more it does what it say ,I have really bad reoccurring constipation and it ended i me having hemmoriods and i have really bad pains burning and itching. So since using this product it's two months now, and I've seen a difference.

It works in general, but not as effective as what best review described. It provides temporary relief but not able to make significant progress. In order to make effective progress, I needs to add in hydrocortisone cream. Now my case is almost heal and hardly feel it.

Let's be real - no one wants to talk about hemmorrhoids. So I'll make this short... it does help with the pain and burn, it doesn't seem to do much for swelling. But ugh... the smell! It's horrible! And if you use enough of it (not a ton, but "enough"), people around you can smell it, too - and it smells kinda-sorta like, "someone had an accident"?. Please try to de-smell future formulas!

I tried reviewing this product before and was supposed to get $20 for doing so but that's ok. I'm still going to tell everyone how amazing this stuff is. It works and it lasts. With severe ibs-c, i strain a lot when I go and this is helps a lot. I am almost out of the two tubes I have. Absolutely no complaints.
