I'm taking the Caralluma and detox along with Forskolin 40%. I can't report on weight loss but I can report on the effectiveness of the detox. It WORKS!!! I had to stay at home yesterday, instead of going on my usual walk. The elimination of toxins via urine, is phoenominal!! I've stayed home again today, to allow the detox to do it's job.I highly recommend anyone who is wanting to rid their bodies of excess water and toxins to purchase these items. At some point or another, we’ve done research into which pill out on the market can help us with suppressing our appetites – then we’ve all fallen victim to purchasing these miracle pills – which cost us an arm and leg and do absolutely nothing for us. I know I’ve fallen for it a time or ten. So, with all of that being said – I’m ecstatic that I went out on a limb and tried both of these products. Honestly I did do some research before I purchased to make sure that what I was buying was going to be all natural. I was happy that the Caralluma was an all natural based product. These days I’m very conscience about what I’m putting into my body, as we all should be. Honestly I can say that my cravings in the afternoon have really not been there – I can walk by the candy bowl sitting on the receptionists desk and not worry about what candy is or isn’t in there. I’m noticing that I’m able to sleep better and thru the night without having to get up. The Detox pills were awesome! I know that we carry some extra waste around with us daily and this has really helped with that. I no longer feel bloated after I eat or after I drink a lot of water. I’m very happy with the results and will continue to use them. Give them a try – what’s it going to hurt? They may or may not work for you – you do have to alter your eating habits and that’s just something that you have to do. I would highly recommend these to my family and friends hands down! I purchased this for a friend who suffers from fibromyalgia and several other health problems in hopes that I might help her feel better. It turns out that these supplements have helped her, the caralluma to help reduce her cravings when she's depressed and the detox to help cleanse her systems of the build up of prescription meds she's been taking for many years. She called me to tell me how good she is feeling and also that she's lost a few pounds in just a week! I'm glad I could do something to help her and though it doesn't do much for the fibromyalgia, it has boosted her spirits and she isn't as depressed.
