Pretty good for the price
The fabric seems like it's pretty good quality, though it doesn't have any tags, and the packaging does not indicate the thread count or fabric content - in fact it's not branded at all except for "luxury bedding". The quality and consistency of the stitching isn't great, and the elastic is very thin, but it seems to hold it in place. I'm unsure how durable these are yet. My mattress is 5" deep and this is a very tight fit. There's not much fabric left to tuck under on the sides. I'm not sure that it would fit a 6" mattress very well. Definitely more of a percale texture than sateen (which I consider a good thing).

This is such beautiful, soft, high-quality fitted sheet! I bought it for my daughter's 6-inch twin mattress and it fitted perfectly.
