It's like having a gym at home.
Very tough and durable, good material, no smell of rubber at all. It's like having a gym at home. I have this one band and a pair of the lighter ones, for my set of exercises. But one should wear a pair of sturdy gloves while exercising, to protect the hands and fingers, with padding on the palm side of the gloves, since the band causes lot of friction and bare hands can get injured easily if not protected. I have already recommended it to my friends

Perfect one to choose
These resistance bands are awesome. So so durable and reliable. I was recommended by a friend who is a fitness youtuber and swears on these. I totally agree. So much you can do with these and are definitely going to tone you up even if you use them just for small resistance workouts. Love love love these bands !! Totally recommend.I love this. I'm 90kgs and this allow me to continue to do pull up with out hanging to cheat for the additional reps. the bands give me just enough assistance to maintain my form through the PULL upward and enough support to lower myself to get the workout on the Negative. I purchased the BLUE band. Highly recommend. I could do about 7 pull-up without the bands but now im Pulling in sets of 15 to get the volume work on my later sets. For me the blue band is the perfect one.

The Fitlastics bands are made of a very sturdy material. Made to last. It has adequate resistance and provides a great addition to a body weight workout if you know how to use them. I looked up YouTube videos to find different exercises I can use with these bands. Very nice and I got a good deal on them on Prime Day. I have been wanting to try something like this out and I'm not disappointed!

Mindblowing resistance bands
After 3 days of use i found that these are Amazing resistance bands for pull ups and hand workout material is also very good and durable easily stretchable and helps in effective workout helps in strengthening of arms as well as other body parts i love this product , easily portable and also pocket friendly

Value for money 💰
The bands are good quality. Colour is very cool and attractive. They all fit in a small black bag that you can take with you on the go, or easily store at home. The above the head arm spacing exercise helps with strengthening my beat up shoulder. I wouldn't say this is the only "exercise/gym" equipment you'd ever need, but for a low cost you can get some great quality bands to help with stretches and supplemental exercise.

It's nice quality and durable loop resistance band for workout exercises for both men, women. It's easy to bear my weight and helps me do stretch out , pullouts and body weight exercises. It's comes in smooth colours. It's nice help for beginners in gym or exercises.
