Loop bands (not the tube bands) training has been very effective for me. This bar works very well with 41 inch loop bands. You can also get heavy duty carabiners for the end eyelets or you can wrap the loop band directly on the bar. You can search You Tube for all the different type of exercises you can do. All in all, this bar is an excellent bar and great value too.

The padding is too far apart for me to use my natural grip. I'm a 5'7" woman with narrow bone structure/narrow shoulders. Otherwise, it is very solid and awesome! The padding feels really good and allowed me to load heavier resistance bands than the other bar I have that digs into my hands. Sad to have to return this just because the padding stops about 5 inches too short on either side.

I have been looking for a bar that I could do some golf exercises with on a cable machine. This fits the bill. It is tough enough, the right length. Perfect for the exercises in my fitness regimen.

Love this bar. It’s sturdy and the foam grips make it comfortable to grip. I use it for specific routines, mostly for my lats, and it works both with resistance bands as well as with a machine I sue for rows. It’s also affordable.

I have the one-piece bar and that works well. I ordered this two-piece bar for travel. I assembled it so the letters matched up and it was slightly crooked. I assume that could be a unique defect but it is noticeable.

Perfect, heavy duty bar that seems to handle substantial load. VERY happy with quality for the price.
