The best!
My leg and foot were in a cast for 6 weeks and the dead, calloused skin really built up during that time. It was gross. I used this cream every night for about 5 nights as well as sloughing off the dead skin each day and my feet were beach ready in no time.

Works GREAT
GREAT for cracked feet! three days of once a day and feet at MUCH better. But follow the directions. When I had badly cracked feet due to lack of moisture I put wide adhesive tape on them while waiting to get this lotion. The sharp edges of the skin rubbing together and into the cracked area caused pain. The tape on the cracks helped me get relief in a short time.Got this cream - it works great

Seems to be working
I've been using this for about a week so far on pretty thick calluses on my heels and I can see improvement (softening) already. We'll see if there is a smaller pile on the floor at my next podiatrist visit. :-)

Great product for the "whole" body when mixed with water.
I've been using different Dermal Therapy products for years and absolutely love all of them. They always do the job. I used the body lotion for my dry itchy legs, the finger care for my dry cracked fingers and hand lotion for my hands. When Dermal Therapy raised their price for the finger care, which I used most of, to a ridiculous $213 a pound, I simply starting purchasing the HEEL care at the great price of $42 a pound. With this product, you simply mix it with water, thinning it down to the consistency that you need for you hands or other parts of you anatomy and it still does a great job keeping your skin soft and supple. You just squirt some in a small container, add a little water at a time while stirring and keep adding a little water until it's as thick or thin as you want it. It still dries very quickly on your skin wherever you use it. I put my new mixture in one of those airline squeeze bottles that you can get at any dollar store. By the way, this mixing process extends the product so much, it makes it much cheaper to use. Hope this hint has been helpful.

Not great results
I have noticed some improvement in my feet but not as much as I had hoped. There is still some peeling and cracking. They appear to be softened but not healing.

One of the best products for dry feet I have ever used.
The foot cream went to work very effectively after only one application . As expected, repeat applications are needed at least once evey day or two to maintain soft skin. The cream has been more effective, for me at least, than prescription Aveno cream with cortisone.Only minor drawback , as is the case with all moisturizing creams, is that it is greasy and requires a sock to be worn to prevent transferring the grease of the cream to any other surface.
