The Merida Diana DG-20FOGACES electro-acoustic guitar is an extremely versatile instrument, effortless capable in a range of musical scenarios. The body features a solid Sitka Spruce top with a stunning Flamed Ovangkol back, a tonewood with elegantly defined wood grain detail. The body shape of the Diana DG-20FOGACES is a Grand Auditorium, with strong projection and a convenient cutaway for easy access to the upper frets. The mahogany neck is also very comfortable and hard-wearing, and the smooth 20-fret Pau Ferro fingerboard feels fantastic; the neck also features a Bi Flex truss rod. The Fishman Isys T preamp with Sonicore pickup allow you to hook the guitar up to an amp, as well as offering volume control and contour/phase switches. This system also provides a built-in tuner function, with LED light to display your current tuning, and whether the tuning is sharp or flat. As you would expect from the Merida brand, the Diana DG-20FOGACES offers a range of premium hardware, including a Graphtech Black Tusq XL self-lubricating nut and saddle, deluxe Der Jung machine heads, and D’Addario EXP strings. This full-size guitar is finished to an extremely high standard, the natural aesthetic includes some lovely additions such as two-tone wood rosette and headstock detail. The DG-20FOGACES simply has it all, including a surprisingly affordable price tag; this guitar is a fantastic all-rounder and produces consistently rich and warm tones.
