**Update**It’s been about three weeks since install and this hair is really good for its price. It does shed but nothing crazy. Hair works best with weekly cowashing and holds a curls beautifully. I curled it once and it last all week! Definitely ordering more!

The customer service was great. The hair had no shedding. I was concerned about the thickness but it turned out that I didn't have to thin the hair out to make it natural. If you want it thicker, the price is good enough to buy double.

I ordered this hair for my birthday and it is horrible, it is stiff, unmanageable, hard. I hate it. I paid $150.00 to get installed on top of the monies that I paid for the hair. My hair usually last for three months this hair didn't even last for three days.
